Caption (translated from Hebrew): "Col. Shlomi Ben Yair assumed the position of commander of the Rescue and Training Brigade, replacing Col. Elad Edri, who served in the position for the past two years and will soon leave for studies. The exchange ceremony was held at Camp 'Rehoboam', headed by the commander of the Home Front Command, Maj. Gen. Rafi Milo, and attended by commanders, soldiers, families and other invited guests."
